– Motorcycle Sales Associates

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Present the features of all products to customers along with their benefits
  • Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork
  • Remain current with all sales department training
  • Continually learn more about the products and services you sell
  • Stay current on motorcycle trends and selling features

– Motorcycle Parts Associates

Responsibilities:
  • Provide parts & accessories to in-store and phone-in customers
  • Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Process telephone transactions quickly and coureously
  • Using catalogs, micro-fiche, websites, etc. to help customers find the best products for their needs
  • Handle customer complaints quickly and reasonably
  • Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
  • Participate in training programs to keep current with parts and accessories sales, merchandising and inventory control topics
  • Accept direction, follow instructions, and work well with other people
Qualifications:

  • Knowledgable on powersports industry

– Entry-Level/A-Level Technicians

TUESDAY – SATURDAY 9AM – 6PM 
       * SOME OF THE MOST COMPETITIVE PAY IN THE INDUSTRY – NOT FLAT RATE *
Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to accurately perform full & complete diagnosis on units
  • Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance with factory specifications
  • Provide clear written records of all repairs performed
  • Able to follow safety guidelines in the workshop and when out on test rides
  • Proficient in meeting deadlines and completing work productively
  • Capable of servicing various motorcycles, ATVs, SXS, scooters, generators, watercraft
  • Possess the skills to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship
  • Own your own set of tools to perform the tasks required at your proficiency level (A-Level)
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of technical experience (A-Level)
  • 1-2 years of technical experience (Entry -Level) not required
  • Able to push a 700 lb. motorcycle and be able to lift 100 lbs
  • Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Good driving record with a motorcycle endorsement
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude
